Millwright
Installation or relocation of heavy equipment. Laser pump alignment, rigging, replacing bearings and seals, equipment alignment, chain drives, belts, conveyors, fans and blowers.
Pipefitting
Installation of hot water, steam, chilled water, natural gas, compressed air, vacuum, medical gas and process piping systems. Skid mounted assemblies are frequently done in our shop. Practices include stick welding, wire feed welding, TIG welding, grooved connections, threaded connections and brazing. Materials we use include steel, stainless steel, copper and all types of plastic.
HVAC
Today’s HVAC equipment is controlled by a diverse range of control systems. BDT has technicians that install, start-up and service all types of controls for equipment. From a simple furnace to a large air handler, we have the capabilities. Including chillers, boilers, heat pumps and a wide array of equipment. We also offer planned maintenance on any type of equipment.
Plumbing
We install the complete spectrum of plumbing systems including waste, vent, drainage, storm water, and domestic water. Included are all types of standard fixtures and specialty fixtures. Special systems include RO water, acid waste, RPZ installation and service, water softeners and sewage ejectors. We install and service all types of pumps.
